Program Overview
The McKinsey Graduate Program focuses on cultivating critical skills essential for future success, including digital proficiency, structured thinking, and social and emotional intelligence. Interns will engage in various aspects of client engagements, such as:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Education: Undergraduate or master’s degree

Work Experience: Less than three years
-
National Service: Completed or about to begin national youth service

Leadership: Proven record through extracurricular activities or work experience

Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
